Who We Work With
We work with service based businesses including consultants,
professional speakers, attorneys and medical practices. Our
clients value their reputation, their integrity and strive
provide the best customer service possible. Our clients understand
there are no quick fixes to generating ongoing revenue and
results. They also know they are capable of amazing results
becaue they are truly passionate about what they do.
What you can expect from working with the eMarketing Strategist
Develop clear and concise verbal and written marketing
messages. An effective eMarketing campaign requires
clarity of purpose and message. The eMarketing Strategist
will ask, suggest, prod and edit your messages to be as effective
as possible. The process is challenging but when you write
and speak clearly about what you do, people want to work with
you.
You will fill your client pipeline. When
you know your target market and pinpoint your message to them,
you will attract the type of businesses you want to work with.
We use a variety of eMarketing methods that create short,
medium and long term relationships and revenue.
You will increase revenue. A comprehensive
and targeted eMarketing campaign takes time and effort. But
it works. By staying in touch with prospects and demonstrating
your value, you will have people ask you to work with them.
You will be seen as an authority. Marketing
via the internet requires that you demonstrate your value.
By writing and communicating your knowledge, you show them
you’re trustworthy and worth the money.
You will get clients and referrals from multiple
sources. Our eMarketing campaigns have several components.
As a result, you will find that clients come from sources
including articles, finding you via the internet, affiliate
and other websites.
You will know where your clients are coming from.
We build feedback into each eMarketing campaign we create.
You will know what works, what doesn't and where your clients
are coming from. That way you can do more of what works, stop
doing the things that don’t and constantly improve your
efforts.
Operating Principles
My name is Elgé Premeau and I am the eMarketing
Strategist. Being able to run
my business with integrity is one of the main reasons I started
it in the first place. Following are principles I
embrace and live every day.
Customer Service is fundamental. Everybody
talks about it, but how many people REALLY make it central
to their business? In a service based business, providing
good, reliable customer service makes the difference between
you and your competition. That’s why providing the best
customer service possible is my primary goal. If you have
a question or complaint, I want to hear about it.
Communication is the foundation of a good working
relationship. I would much rather
hear, “I didn’t need to know that,” than
“You should have told me that.” I strive to be
as clear as possible and if I’m not sure what you want
or what you mean, I will ask you. I hope you will too.
We can all win. I believe everyone can achieve
their goals and be successful. Success is not about luck.
Success is a choice. That’s why I choose to live in
a world of abundance.
Collaboration leads to better outcomes.
More heads are better than one. That’s why I have cultivated
a network of experts who I call upon as the need arises. That
way we create better products and services.
Honesty creates trust. Having clients who
trust me is a top priority and I know I need to earn that
trust. When we work together, you will never have to wonder
if I’m being honest with you.
Create value. I’m a business owner
too so I know how important it is to get your money’s
worth. Whenever possible, I will show you how you can reduce
expenses and utilize my services more efficiently. You will
never get a “surprise” invoice or wonder what
you’re paying for.
What does the process look like?
Once we've had an initial conversation and it looks like
my services fit your needs, I will create a proposal detailing
the specific solutions I will create for your business. A
proposal consists of the various areas I think need to be
addressed to reach your marketing goals.
A typical work relationship has two phases, the project phase
and an ongoing maintenance phase.
Project Phase
When we begin working together, I create a detailed project
plan outlining the phases of the project and when tasks will
be completed. You are welcome to make changes as
we go along. If you decide to change something, I will create
a change order and include any additional charges that
may be associated with that change. You will know who is responsible
for what deliverables and when they will be completed. You will
also know what your costs will be. There will be no surprise invoices.
Maintenance Phase
Many of the services I provide such as website maintenance,
search engine rank reporting, link programs and newsletters,
require an ongoing working relationship. As part of your initial
proposal, I will include a description of what services require
ongoing maintenance and what the hourly rate will be. In the
maintenance phase, I will send you an invoice monthly (or
bi-monthly if requested). For businesses working on a tight
budget, you can set a monthly limit. I will let you know what
needs to be done and together, we can prioritize tasks. That
way things get done and you don’t have to worry about
spending more than you can afford.
